Decoding the ‘Stache for Movember

Editor’s Note: This week is dedicated to “finishing strong” for Movember with a special look back at the many people and organizations involved in this worldwide cause…!

In honor of Movember and all the styles of facial hair that populates throughout the month, PopSugar’s Girl’s Guide has taken the time out to decode the most popular Movember styles and how they represent the men who wear them.

While a ‘stache like the ‘Handlebar’, may suggest a more hipster persona; the ‘Dali’ can either be a person with an affluent creative side or an aspiring evil villain. The ‘Pencil’ work best for those with a bit of scruff already; while mustaches like the ‘Chaplin’ are said to be a representation for a man of few words. The ‘Cop-stache’, well as the name implies, is bet suited for a man of authority, someone who is very strict and likes to be taken seriously. Finally the ‘Fu Manchu’, made famous by Ben Stiller in the movie ‘Dodgeball” – this ‘stache is the life of the party, a well a the man who bears it.
