The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation (BCL), in conjunction with Cosmetologists Chicago (CC), proudly announces that the 2015 Legacy Award honoring Leo Passage will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at the Art Institute of Chicago. The evening will kick off America’s Beauty Show (March 21-23, 2015, McCormick Place, Chicago).

To honor the lifetime of contributions Leo Passage has added to the beauty industry, the Passage family has endowed this fund with a $1,000,000 donation. Specifically designed for Post Graduate professionals and Educators at qualifying schools, this scholarship begins March 2015.
“BeautyChangesLives.org” is a non-profit initiative designed to raise awareness for the haircare industry by showing how our industry has a huge, positive impact on individuals and society as a whole. The organization is supported by a number of beauty professionals, product manufacturers, celebrities and philanthropies; and primarily acts through scholarships which are awarded to deserving young professionals.

To win a scholarship, applicants must write an essay or record a video describing themselves and their goals. Each winning entry, either essay, photo, or video; is posted on the organization’s website, to serve as public recognition to the winner and inspiration to future scholarship applicants.
