The Salon Guy had the honor of interviewing the legend, Jose Eber, who is considered an icon in the haircare industry, at his new salon in Millburn, NJ.

Eber spoke of the importance of taking advantage of opportunities presented to him and the importance of providing “an experience…that starts with great customer service”.
According to Eber, the recipe to success is to surround yourself with the right people, develop a close relationship and respect them, and love what you do. He also suggested that sharing knowledge and sharing the tricks of the trade are keys to success as well.
