The “Rembrandt” of Hair Art..!

Rembrandt and the “Dutch Masters” were phenomenal Amsterdam-based painters during the 1700’s. Their claim to fame were the lifelike portraits that, at the time, were considered magical since each painting played upon the subtleties of light, shade and color to trick the eye into thinking that the person in the painting was actually real…

What does all this have to do with barbering…?

Well… based in San-Antonio, TX, Joe Barajas – aka “@TheJoeBarber” – seems to be channeling the Dutch Masters in his haircuts. Just look at the videos below and study his use of fade, highlighting, and (or course) artistic talent to create each masterpiece.

We at BARBinc are eagerly awaiting the release of Joe’s upcoming DVD and will certainly feature it once its out. In the meantime, go, visit Joe’s website (www.thejoebarber.com) or follow his YouTube channel for true Hair Art inspiration..!
