An argument over a woman apparently sparked a shooting in which a 30-year-old man was blasted twice in the buttocks Monday afternoon, Charleston police said.
Bernard Blunt, of Hanover Street, was shot outside 75 Columbus St. during the 12:30 p.m. incident, police spokesman Charles Francis said.
