Growing up in a foster home on the north side of Kansas City, Shawn began his barber career at the age of 12. He used what most would describe as a tragic situation and turned it into a service for his community. Currently the founder of From Corey to Shawn Charity, Shawn has dedicated his life, knowledge and skills to educate and provide career opportunities to children raised in orphanages.
