David Guerin is the Global Artistic Director for Oster Professional which allows him to travel to Europe, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and within the U.S. teaching his personally techniques of scissor and clipepr cutting. He began his sharing his knowledge in 1983 with the Redken corporation. With over 30 years of professional experience, David still manages his own shop The Cutting Room which has been in business since 1979.
