(Chicago, Illinois) Many barbers and barbershops dedicate a portion of their time to giving back – often, it’s some type of community service that truly benefit the families who make up their neighborhood. Juan Acevedo Jr. took his skills as a barber to the streets and dedicated a portion of his time to help the homeless. Through Juan’s project, “#CuttingTheNegativity”, Juan supplies free haircuts, blankets, toiletries and other daily necessitates for those who are in need.
