The same letter-grading system (New York) city restaurant owners have bemoaned for years could soon be coming to nail salons, barbershops, beauty parlors and spas under measures being introduced Wednesday.
Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. came up with the idea last year and is looking for approval from the state — as well as more funding from the city.
