And the 2016 BCL Legacy Award Goes To…

Each year, as part of America’s Beauty Show’s range of events; BeautyChangesLives and the BCL Experience honors one individual whose passion, efforts and dedication, and the work resulting from those efforts, echoes daily within the beauty industry. Each recipient, past an present, has devoted themselves to elevating the standard of beauty and the practices that enable us to reach those standards. Whether through education, humanitarian work, or impactful efforts to nurture, mentor, and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals, the Legacy Award Honoree has influenced and inspired our community on a mass scale.

For the 2016 Legacy Award, BeautyChangesLives honors Dr. Howard Murad – also known as the “father of internal skincare”, and commonly known through his line of MURAD skincare products and best-selling books. Dr. Howard Murad is the founder of the Inclusive Health Movement, which focuses on a total body approach to wellness and beauty. As a leading visionary in scientific innovations, research and development, Dr. Murad continuously strives to share and promote an overall balance of health, beauty, and happiness to people all over the world.
